Viewing
There is a comb on an edges of moving objects.
There is a black window instead of picture. Sound presents.
There are noisy regular vertical stripes on the TV picture.
Program freezes or slows down greatly when double frame rate is turned on or video window is covered by other windows.
Sometimes a small sharp horizontal strokes or lines appear on screen.
There is a thin trash lines over the edges of the picture.
The picture jerks on motion, that could be seen on crawling line.
Can I see TV picture with high resolution, for example 1024x768 or 1280x1024?
Volume does not change on volume control and mute does not work, although volume and mute indicators are changed in control panel.
The picture is grayscale when using S-Video input.
There is no sound when connecting external video devices to tuner.
When output sound by means of DirectSound sound either leaves behined or lags from video, stutters and clicks are heard.
Sometimes (once per hour or half an hour) sound disappears while looking TV.
Can not setup sound after changing OS to Windows Vista/Seven. Tuner is connected to sound card by audio cable. Sound is absent. Lists for choosing of line to control sound or active recording line in Behold TV application are empty or inaccessible.
How to remove video from desktop?
Recording
Recording passes without errors, but there is no sound when playing recorded file.
Can not start recording with sound. At start appears an error message "Cannot start graph". Video without sound records without problem.
Sound and video desynchronized when recording in AVI format.
When recording in AVI on dual core CPUs appears a lot of dropped frames, although the CPU load does not achieve critical level.
System hangs or falls into BSOD on start of video recording.
When capture by InterVideo MPEG codec and playing the recording or using the Timeshift function there is a floating distortion of sound, stuttering or disappearing of sound after a few seconds after start.
System hangs on stop recording.
When recording with DivX the recording log has "Video codec: DivX Pro 5.0.5" independed of real version of installed codec.
Recording stops when file grows up to 4Gb.
Record video by hardware encoder. When playback the recorded file sometimes appear defects as random block lines, also strong jerks of video. If I try to recode video file by different programs they give an error "Incompleted Frame at…".
When viewing or recording VHS cassettes there is a quivering noisy stripe of a several scanlines wide at the bottom of the screen. What is it and how to remove it?
Timeshift
Can't start Timeshift.
On timeshift start there are two sounds heared, – recorded and translated in realtime.
Driver
On driver installation appears a message that driver is not tested for compatibility with Windows XP and the user is suggested to deny driver installation.
Driver installs normally and application works OK, but after reboot operating system forget about installed driver, and Behold TV aplication warns that "WDM video capture device not found!" Driver reinstallation solves the problem but only until next Windows reboot.
Attempt of driver installation fails. When installing the driver with the help of installer from the driver package appears the message "BDA driver installation failed!".

What is the best way to connect external devices (VCR, player, receiver…) to tuner?
Where does Behold TV application save user settings?
After migrating to OS Windows Vista/Seven BeholdTV application is unable to save settings. After restart of Behold TV application the settings are reverted back to defaults.
There is a program WinDVD Creator in the tuner package, but serial number for it is wrong.
There are glyphs everywhere instead of local characters.
System hangs when tuner works.
Chipset and some other elements on tuner are hot.
TV timetable is old.
Is it possible to run two or more tuners in one PC simultaneously?
Windows Media Center doesn't work with tuner.
I get an electric shock when touching antenna cable connector. Antenna connector sparks when connecting to tuner.
