There is a thin trash lines over the edges of the picture.

All TV industry relies on that TV set cuts about 10% of picture from the edges (edges are beyond visible area). That's why first and last lines of picture often have additional encoded service information, that looks like trash. Betacam standard uses first line and two first pixels of other lines (left edge of picture) for special markers. There are the other industrial standards that also use the edges for encoding the markers.

Scale the picture bu "Shift +" and "Shift -" buttons on numerical keyboard pad to hide that noisy edges of the picture.
